Nashville, TN

Our travels through Tennessee would not be complete without a visit to Nashville.

A beautiful day to tour Andrew Jackson's home, Hermitage.

Burial site of Andrew Jackson and
his beloved wife, Rachel.

Slaves homes.
"Uncle Alfred", Andrew Jackson's
personal slave lived for 98 years.

Seven Points COE campground
rated high on our list of favorite  campgrounds
with many beautiful camp sites on Percy Priest Lake.
Abundant fish and wildlife on this lake,
including this black vulture who's just
 finished a huge fish dinner.

This small museum was packed
with Johnny Cash memorabilia.

Date night at the new Grand Ole Opry. The lineup: The Black Lillies,
The Isaacs, Jim Ed Brown, Phil Vassar,
Del McCoury Band and new country artist,
Brett Eldredge. Very entertaining!

A Pedal Tavern seen on the streets
of Nashville.

Our last hurrah, a visit to Anson and Candace's farm in Normandy, TN. Jester loved his taste of farm life and we all enjoyed great company and a home cooked meal. Thank you, Candace and Anson!
