Idaho Falls, Potato Musuem, Zipline

Idaho Falls was very good to us.  It turned out to be an excellent place to take care of needed repairs both coming and going. Waiting for this to be done gave us an opportunity to visit the falls, as well as tour the Idaho Falls Temple.

A peaceful greenbelt along the Snake River and falls turned out to be a nice place to wait out the repairs.

Idaho Falls are uniquely shaped at a mere 20 feet high and 1200 feet long. Beautiful, nonetheless.

No trip to Idaho would be complete without a visit to the Idaho Potato Museum. Here is where you will learn all you need to know about the history, growing and harvesting process of the potato. Bingham County is known as the Potato Capital of the World, where one-third of the nation's potatoes are grown.

Near our campsite in Ririe, Idaho, we found the opportunity for our first zipline experience. The Tower of Terror at 1,300 feet was the first of three lines completed by all.

Feeling the Rush!!
